Keeping our Warehouse Processes in Order

Whether deliveries are coming in or going out, you will always find our Logistics Manager, Nick, hard at work driving the fork lift, loading and unloading the semi's or loading and unloading our delivery truck. This is an important person to have on our team with the volume of customers we have helped in areas of both Wisconsin and Illinois. We store a variety of products in our warehouse including Everlast Walls which will not get damaged if they get wet and different types of flooring made from inorganic materials that look like tile, carpet or hardwood. We also store all of our Sanidrys, Sump Pumps and Egress Windows in the warehouse, and it's imperative that someone is in charge of the flow of products in and out of the warehouse if we want our projects to be completed to the highest standard.Nick Hard At Work

As the Logistics Manager, Nick is a huge asset to the Buck Buckley's Total Basement Finishing Company. Not only does he manage the warehouse, but he also does deliveries to all our jobs and set up the home shows we attend both in WI and IL. He also assists production in any aspect that is needed.  Every day we have a constant flow of traffic and it is all managed by Nick. He also offers "WOW" service to the customers while at their homes and goes above and beyond what is expected.

So, what does that mean for our homeowners that are thinking about calling us or have already started to work with us? It means a smooth process to get the work done. Nick is a great example who is dedicated to getting the processes in order, and whose work contributes to the overall customer experience we like to deliver. By having everything in order in our warehouse, we know that our projects will be completed in a timely, professional manner.

As our business grows Nick will be taking on more and more job duties as well!
