The customers experienced something that is very common among basements in the Waukegan area- there was a leak, and the existing basement carpet got wet and was ruined. The homeowners decided that this is something they never wanted to experience again, so after getting the leak fixed, they chose to have us install our Parquet ThermalDry Flooring.
