With plumbing in place, the project embraces the opportunity to create a laundry room and upgrade utility fixtures.

 

Our approach centers on efficiency and innovation. By tearing out existing drywall and installing our panels, we optimize space utilization while ensuring structural integrity. The design incorporates a partition wall to delineate distinct areas, balancing privacy and functionality within the 341-square-foot footprint.
