Looking to finish a part of our basement.

Looking to paint our unfinished basement ceiling black and was wondering if you have experience doing this? Also, we are looking to dry wall the basement in the near future.

The basement has been partially finished by a previous owner. Their are currently two finished spaces. It is old and dated. We would like to add a full bathroom, make a bedroom out of one of the spaces and have a family room. Old paneling, pegboard walls, and a very old drop ceiling exist.

We have a semi-finished basement that has developed significant leaks over the last several years. We would like an estimate for a 3-phase project: 1) tearing out the existing paneling, drop ceiling and tile; 2) waterproofing; 3) rebuilding just the bathroom, and painting everything else - so it will be unfinished, but ready to finish.

The basement looks awesome. I really like that they put a thermastat down here with baseboard heat, an option I chose vs. piping into existing heating system and it's been awesome. 3 years later and we are just as happy as we were when they finished.

We meet this homeowner at the McHenry Home Show, and he was looking to put a bathroom in his basement. He was hoping to get some design ideas, and we set an appointment with him for our design specialist to come out to his home. After meeting with the design specialist, they were able to come up with a layout for the bathroom and he was very excited to get the project started! He absolutely loves his new bathroom, and is thrilled that if he ever has any water issues, he won't have to replace anything in the bathroom!
