This homeowner asked us to come out and look at her basement.  She had mentioned her friend was planning on being involved as well.  We love helping, and walking you through the process. When we looked at her basement there had been water damage that was previously fixed and is a critical first step in finishing your basement. She noted there used to be a bedroom, bathroom, and living space down there, but some had been removed due to water damage. She did leave some drywall on the upper part of the walls and where she had removed the full walls she just put up tarps. She wanted her 718 Sq. Ft. basement back since she needed the additional living space. She really appreciated us giving her so much information. 

We love new homeowners, and this lucky family is about 3-4 months into their new space. After seeing our social media, and some of the amazing transformations and products we offer, they schedule a free consolation with us. They just wanted livable space which is our favorite two words. We sat down with them and start to put together a customized plan. They wanted a family room space with a bar and possibly a bathroom and bedroom. Roughly 143 Sq. Ft. for the living room with our premium Everlast Walls and ThermaDry Plank Flooring. Another 275 Sq. Ft. the rest of the basement. The customers loved the basement design and we love helping! 

This amazing homeowner has owned the home for about a year. After finding us on social media and liking what they saw, they gave us a call. They had finished waterproofing and now wanted to finish their basement. With brick walls and cement floors, they had some ideas and just wanted help combining both their ideas into a beautiful new space for both of them. They said a ceiling with recessed can lighting is a must. They want insulated walls, flooring, a laundry room, and possibly a half bathroom. We are excited to have met with them and helped them put together a plan!

This family's basement flooded in in the recent storms and they had to remove the carpeting and the lower four feet of the existing drywall. They recently contacted us because they love the idea of having moisture and mold resistant materials in their basement. They don't want to finish their basement with drywall again and, if their basement floods again, have to rip everything out again.
