These homeowners had a teenage daughter and wanted to finish the basement so she had space to hang out with friends. They weren't quite sure what they wanted to do with the layout of the basement, but they knew they wanted to have a living room and to leave some space for storage. Our design specialist came out to their home and helped them come up with a layout they absolutely loved! These homeowners had already gotten two estimates from other contractors years before they contacted us. They had been so excited to finish their basement, and they said they were very let down by the contractors that had given them estimates. They were so let down that they went from being very excited to finish their basement, to putting the basement project on hold. They finally decided to try looking into finishing the basement again, after putting the project on hold for two years. They have a teenage daughter and they weren't sure how they wanted the basement layout to look, but they knew they wanted a family room/rec room for their daughter to have a space to hang out in with her friends. We set them up with an appointment with one of our design specialists, and he helped them come up with the basement of their dreams! They were finally excited again to get their basement finished!
