New Homeowners Dealing with Basement Moisture in Trevor, WI

These homeowners had recently purchased their home, but because the basement has moisture issues they still haven't moved their belongings into the home. They are currently in the process of suing the previous owner because of the water problems and water damage to the previously finished basement. They were looking to fix the moisture problems and rip out the damaged and moldy drywall and re-finish the basement and make it livable. After meeting with one of our design specialists, they knew we were the company for them but they weren't quite ready to start the basement project because they hadn't even moved into the home yet. 

Even though they weren't ready to start their basement project quite yet, they still had moisture problems in the basement that they wanted to take care of. They asked us if they could have their SaniDry delivered and set up so they could get it going right away to help get rid of as much moisture as possible in their basement. Our production manager, David Preece, went out to their home, delivered the SaniDry, installed it, and explained to them how to operate it and change the filter on it. These homeowners absolutely love their new SaniDry and were very pleased with the professionalism of our company!
