This homeowner in Wauwatosa, WI had wanted to finish her basement so that her son coming home from the Marines soon was going to be living with her. She needed a bedroom for him and wanted to transform her basement into his own space. After doing some research online she gave us a call to set up a free design consultation with one of our design specialists and the rest was history after that! She fell in love with the professionalism of our company right away and knew she didn't want anything but our moisture and mold resistant products in her basement! Our team created a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom with our EverLast Vinyl Walls, ThermalDry Flooring in the color of Canyon Beige, and Linen Ceiling Tiles. Now, when her son comes home he will have a space he can call his own and she absolutely loves her newly finished basement! 

Katy and Joseph recently became homeowners in October 2022, and they've set their sights on transforming a space in their basement. The approximately 25' x 25' area requires a complete makeover, including walls, flooring, and a drop ceiling. Despite having some electrical elements in place, steel beams were added to reinforce the walls, providing a sturdy foundation for the renovation.

During our conversation with Katy, she explained that the space was once finished but had to be completely stripped due to water damage and mold issues, categorizing it as partially finished. The couple's vision is to revitalize this area into a functional and aesthetically pleasing space.

The planned redesign encompasses a spacious 440 sq. ft. open concept, featuring a modern ceiling and flooring. Despite the challenges of the previous water damage, Katy and Joseph were deliberate in their decision not to reintroduce drywall into the recreation area. Instead, they expressed excitement about our expertise and the finished product we aim to deliver.

The Erdmann family contacted us after hearing about our services on the radio. They have owned their home since 2016 and are looking to update and refresh their basement area. Currently, one half of the basement is used for laundry and storage, while the other half is unfinished. They want to transform the unfinished area into a more comfortable and livable space, with plans to create an office. The basement is partially finished, and they are looking to make it more livable. The project involves updating and redoing the rec room and office, including tearing out existing DIY work and installing a painted ceiling and plank floor. The total square footage for the project is 325 square feet. After completing the final walkthrough, the Erdmann family expressed their satisfaction with the final result.
