We have a Tosa bungalow with an unfinished basement (though I believe they did install new drain tile and EverDry previously). There is electrical and an enclosed toilet (no sink). We have a $35k budget. In a perfect world, here's what we'd like to see: - Drywall and paint the laundry room, install flooring, relocate the dryer, install a new wash sink - Turn the open space on the one side of the basement into two rooms-one bedroom and one den-including drywall, paint, insulating the ceiling (for heat and noise), drop ceiling, carpet, overhead lights. - Take down paneling around toilet, install sink, install flooring, drywall and paint. - Install a door between the laundry room and rec room 1. - Relocate electrical conduit currently in doorway.
