The previous homeowner had the basement flood several times and was forced to have a structural engineer come out to prevent it from flooding. With a new baby on the way, they needed the additional living space but wanted to make sure that it would be a safe environment for the family. After meeting with our design specialist, Chris Powers, for a completely free design consultation, they knew we were the company they wanted to finish their basement.
