The homeowners have owned their home for 6 years and are seeking an estimate to finish their basement. The basement is currently unfinished, and they are interested in adding two rooms and a bathroom. The project entails creating an open concept space with a total area of 849 square feet, including two bedrooms and a full bath.

Before these Evanston customers bought their home, it was being used as a Frat House and the basement was part of that so they definitely wanted to change it! Now it has become one of the most used rooms in the house! We used our Everlast Paintable Walls, New Windows, and Mocha Carpet to complete their basement space.
