Water Damage in Grayslake, IL
Challenge
These homeowners in Grayslake, IL had, had water flood their finished basement. Even though it wasn't much water that came in, they had carpet for flooring and it ruined all of it. They had to rip all of the carpeting out and put a dehumidifier in the basement to help bring the humidity level down. They were afraid that they could have another flood, but next time they might not be as lucky and only have a little water come in. They didn't know what all of their options were, and they were starting to think that they would just have to rip everything out and replace it if they ever had a bad flood.
Solution
