The project includes creating a large rec room as the primary feature and building a closet under the stairs for added storage. The renovation will incorporate the durable EverLast Wall System, a TBF ceiling, and sleek recessed can lights to brighten the space. To enhance comfort and air quality, a SaniDry Basement Air System will be installed. The flooring will feature Sandstone Gray ThermalDry Tile, combining style and functionality. This upgrade will turn their basement into a beautiful and practical living area.

Random Lake, Wisconsin, homeowner wanted more livable space. The space current space was unusable due to lack of insulation and dark and damp feel. Our Design Specialist designed a solution to bring them new-found livable space.
