In Mukwonago, WI, this homeowner is transforming their completely unfinished basement into a functional and inviting space. Having owned their new construction home for 10 years, they are ready to utilize the existing rough-ins for a bathroom and bar area. Their vision includes an exercise room, television room, and bedroom. The renovation will feature a half bathroom, ThermalDry Tile Flooring, TBF Ceiling, SaniDry Basement Air System, and the durable EverLast Wall System, creating a comfortable and versatile living area tailored to their needs.

These homeowners hated their basement, so they ripped everything out and wanted to completely re-do it. However, their basement would get water in it frequently, so they were afraid to finish the basement and have it flood and ruin it. After meeting with one of our design specialists and learned about our moisture and mold resistant products, they knew we were the company for them and were very excited that finishing their basement was a possibility again.

Now, their two children have their own rooms downstairs with an egress window in case of emergency and they have a place they can relax together as a family after a long day! They couldn't be happier with their new basement and couldn't wait to show it off to their family and friends! 

These homeowners wanted their children to each have their own bedroom but when they got heavy rain, water would come into their basement. After meeting with one of our design specialists they knew we were the company for them. After they had Water Gaurd and a perimeter drain tile installed, we were able to start the transformation process. We also replaced the basement window with our EverLast Basement Window and the egress window with our egress window and installed our Rockwell Egress Window Well.  

We meet these homeowners at the Arlington Heights Home Show. They knew they wanted to finish their basement to utilize their space, but they didn't know what they wanted to do with the space. Our design specialist came out and helped them come up with some designs.
