Complete Remodeling System Before & After Photos

In Franklin, WI, homeowners with a 990 sq. ft. unfinished basement are ready to transform the space into a functional and inviting area. The project will include the creation of a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a versatile playroom/rec space with an open-concept design. To bring their vision to life, the basement will feature Vinyl Perimeter Walls and Recessed Can Lights to ensure a bright, modern aesthetic. The homeowners will handle ceiling painting and flooring installation, adding personal touches to complete this customized renovation.

The homeowners in Franklin, WI had recently moved into their new home and were eager to make the most of their unfinished basement. Their vision included creating a multi-functional space with a full bathroom, a bedroom, and an open-concept playroom or recreation area. The project also featured custom finishes, with the homeowners planning to paint the ceiling and install flooring to complete the look. Working with Buck Buckley’s Total Basement Finishing, they turned their basement into a beautifully designed and versatile extension of their home, perfectly tailored to their needs and lifestyle.

These homeowners hated their basement, so they ripped everything out and wanted to completely re-do it. However, their basement would get water in it frequently, so they were afraid to finish the basement and have it flood and ruin it. After meeting with one of our design specialists and learned about our moisture and mold resistant products, they knew we were the company for them and were very excited that finishing their basement was a possibility again. 

With our moisture and mold resistant Seamless EverLast Walls, ThermalDry Flooring in the color of Canyon Beige, and Linen Ceiling, we transformed their basement from dark and musty to a spacious rec room with two bedrooms! Now, their two children have their own rooms downstairs with an egress window in case of emergency and they have a place they can relax together as a family after a long day! They couldn't be happier with their new basement and couldn't wait to show it off to their family and friends! 

These homeowners wanted their children to each have their own bedroom but when they got heavy rain, water would come into their basement. After meeting with one of our design specialists they knew we were the company for them. They loved the professionalism of our company and didn't want any products other than our moisture and mold resistant products in their basement so their children would live in a healthy and safe environment. 

After they had Water Gaurd and a perimeter drain tile installed, we were able to start the transformation process. We created a spacious rec room that they use as a family room and playroom and two bedrooms for each of their children with our moisture and mold resistant Seamless EverLast Walls, ThermalDry Flooring in the color of Mocha, and Linen Ceiling. We also replaced the basement window with our EverLast Basement Window and the egress window with our egress window and installed our Rockwell Egress Window Well.  

The basement was previously used mainly for storage space and the homeowners wanted to have more living space to entertain their grandchild. We transformed it from a storage space to a beautiful family room by using our EverLast Vinyl Walls and ThermalDry Flooring in the color of Sandstone Gray. Now, this previously dark and gloomy basement is bright and beautiful and the homeowners have more space for entertaining.
