A homeowner in Hales Corners, WI is looking to finish their currently unfinished basement by adding a rec room (multi-use space) and possibly a bathroom. They want a large open concept space with a bedroom area and a full bathroom. The renovation will include ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring in Walnut, recessed can lights, and a painted ceiling. The walls will be finished with Vinyl Everlast Perimeter Wall panels. They also want a SaniDry Sedona Air System for moisture control. The project will feature a 6-panel interior door with a lever-style nickel handle. Total space is 366 square feet.
